What if my phone is lost, damaged or stolen?

If you have Basic, Comprehensive or Domestic cover, we can provide cover for your lost device under our Luggage, Belongings & Cash benefit. 

The most we can pay for any claim here is up to a total of $2,000 on Basic cover, $10,000 on Comprehensive and Domestic cover levels. This benefit is not available under Saver cover

The maximum amount Travel with Kit will pay for any single device is:

  • $1,000 for mobile phones (including PDA’s and any items with phone capabilities)
  • $3,000 for personal computers, video recorders or cameras

If you had purchased a Device Pack, the most we can pay is up to $5,000 for up to 5 devices
